8A – Solving The Problem

Sports bar Pizzeria with Live music is opening a new location in Fort Collins, Colorado

Location, location, location! Part of the solution to my problem would be in finding a thriving location that is still affordable. Having a high traffic draw close by such as a Starbucks, grocery store, or even a Walgreens such as my first location in College Park. This solution enables my main goal to serve the locals my award winning authentic Brooklyn pizza recipe and Buffalo Wings while giving them a great place to catch the game or live music.

As previously stated and proven since 1997, my concept caters to everyone in the family from kids night, face painting, and birthday parties to the singles on a date night during a Friday night that want to have a drink at our full bar while catching their favorite local band. Special events such as UFC fights, March Madness, and of course the Super bowl with TV’s everywhere you look.

  1. Location is crucial! Great job identifying this and how it impacts you potentially starting a new sports bar pizzeria. It appears as if you already know relatively where you would like to be located and have strategized your surrounding locations to be near places many potential customers may be around. You restaurant idea sounds like a place I would like to come to!

  2. As someone who has seen various businesses open and close around my apartment, I definitely see the importance of location! High traffic stores close by are also something important to look for. Live music and a patio area will also attract people as they hear the music walking by. I think your restaurant idea sounds like a great idea.

  3. Location is one of the most important aspects of any business being successful and you have identified that immediately which is great. A new sports bar pizzeria in a location with high traffic could bring big business because it automatically attract more people to the area that is already populated in the first place. I like your idea!
